The National Construction Academy (NCA) is non-profit technical and vocational training academy that was established in cooperation with Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and in partnership with construction companies with the financial support of Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
The academy is licensed by TVTC to offer qualifications that have been accredited by Colleges of Excellence (COE).
The academy trains young Saudis for construction careers, partnering with companies to provide on-the-job training and develop essential skills.
This approach aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by creating job opportunities for Saudis, reducing reliance on foreign labour, and building a skilled national workforce for the construction sector.

Our Diploma in Civil Engineering for Construction equips trainees with essential knowledge and skills within key areas of Civil Engineering. Trainees will develop practical expertise in Applied Drafting (CAD), Surveying, OHSA regulations, Construction Materials, and various other fundamental topics within Civil Engineering.
Our Diploma in OHSA covers essential workplace safety skills and knowledge. It includes First Aid, Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Environmental Audit, and Risk Management, providing trainees with practical expertise to effectively handle real-world occupational safety challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Our Diploma in Supply Chain Management covers core supply chain operations like Design Strategy, Scheduling, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Transport Planning. It also explores Digital Supply Chains, Global Logistics, Sustainability, and Performance Management.
